I've been taking to Adam @ otaku.com since February about the scam in Las Vegas. You may have seen us mentioned on his site. I'm having a charity auction in the name of the people who got screwed during that con, and all proceeds WILL be going to the Houston branch of Komen. I've invited a record number of guest for this first year con (almost 35) to help promote this event. I've been trying to get in touch with other people involved in the scam (like the Guilty Gear cosplayer that was getting filmed on MTV) and invite them. I have the owner of Anime Vegas coming, Richard Stott. Please let your listeners know about us and what we're doing here in Houston. I'm not trying to plug my convention. I'm plugging the purpose of this con. After Houston's last con (which was very bad according to most attendees), I'm under a lot of presure. But I work best under pressure.
