i think its worthy to mention when it comes to panty & stocking is that the try to make it look like american comic.(i mean at least they try their best)Either the characters(you never expect to see “bitch” form a japan anime) or the style of the background.no to mention the parody of american feature films and tv series in the title of each episode.
that is the most interesting part of this amine to me personally.
Duvet by boa from Serial experiments Lain. Best opening music in an anime EVER. Not only is the song catchy but their skills and musicianship in the song is off the stratosphere.
Fun Fact:
The vocalist and the guitarist are siblings. Their mother is japanese and their father is the lead singer for Bad Company and Queen.
