Its a Toss up for me between Starbound(modded) and Final Fantasy 14.

for me its a tossup between Godzilla 2:City on the edge of battle and Expelled from Paradise. both movies and both very good.
honorable mention goes to Last Hope, i wanted to love this series but a plot hole kinda killed it for me 4 episodes in.

my favorite "level" in a game is the Muscle Dome Arena in the old PS1 game legend of legaia, more of a Minigame than a level though.
