Starts off with Stark and Shunsui. Not a lot happens. Hitsugaya's attack has something to do with snow and flowers; flowers bloom on Halibel, when they finish she is dead (Yumichika anyone?). Scene changes to Soi Fon, who at the end yells "Bankai"! About bloody time

So Hitaugaya is Sir Crocodile now?

Pissed Hitsugaya won, and made it look so easy, but on the bright side, the fight is over and we'll have five chapters before Hitsugaya fights again.

Not necessarily. The picture shows Halibel completely covered in flowers, but we don't know whether she is dead or not. For all we know, next chapter she could do some amazing attack and rape Hitsugaya.

Yeah, the comment about the flowers sucking all of the water out of her body reminded me of Crocodile using his ability to dehydrate. Croc's probably not the first to do that, but it's just the first thing to come to mind.

360 spoilers:

Starts off with Ukitake, who steals Lilinettes sword. He scolds her for a bit...or something. Then we go to Soi Fon. Her Bankai turns her arm into a giant bee stinger (or something). She didn't want to use it because it hinders her ability to be an assassin (well with a giant bee stinger for an arm, I can see why >_>). She tied herself to the building to stop herself from getting blown away by the recoil (this is assumed or at least implied, but probably true). Then she shoop-da-whoops at Barragan.

Well, a bee stinger wasn't really surprising, but maybe it does something awesome like... cause an allergic reaction, making the enemy puff up like a balloon and pop!

Soi Fon's bazooka thing kills Barragan (...)

Stark talks about who is stronger out of Shunsui and Hitsugaya (what the fudge). He wants to see his Bankai, so Stark releases. His release...I'm sorry to say...is fusion. Yes. Fusion. FUUUUUU-SION HA! He and Lilinette are the same person just in two different forms (something about her being the blade and him the body or something like that). They fuse. And this is a description of his form:

Carrying two weapons, a small gun barrel and a long gun barrel, the left eye seems to have a scope, and looks like an attached scouter.

I ask one very humble question.

WHY!?!?!?!?!?!?! THIS IS BECOMING MORE AND MORE LIKE DBZ ALL THE TIME! NOW WE HAVE FUSION?!?!? AND BLOODY SCOUTERS!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

"Stark, what does the scouter say about his REIATSU LEVEL!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!"
"IT'S OVER 9MILLION!!!!!!!!???!!!!"
"WHAT 9MILLION!?!?!?!?!?!"

So basically guns are overtaking swords in Bleach. What the hell is next huh? Shunsui's release is an AK-47!? Or maybe he's the Terminator!

God, when does this arc end? I'm sick of Arrancar, botched releases, screwed up power levels, and the powerhouses getting defeated in pitiful fashion, one after another. Thank god the new filler is starting, because I prefer the alternate filler universe where this arc doesn't happen.

Let's see...these are some of the things that Bleach hasn't (yet) done from DBZ:

1. Martial arts Tournament
2. Ichigo dying
3. Wishes
4. Fighting on a new planet with an alien race
5. Heaven/Hell (they did touch on Hell yes, but we haven't been in there)
6. Ichigo's son (you know he's going to knock up Rukia after all this is over!)
7. Renji turning evil
8. Ichigo turned into a child/some sort of chibi action
9. The world blowing up at least once
10. The return of an enemy that was killed
11. Plot mixed in with the otherwise meaningless battles

lets just hope kubo doesn't find this list. well all the espada are dead cause shunsui and ukitake are going to win their fight and yammi outnumbered and outgunned. So aside from that it'a Gin tousen and aizen against yamamoto.

I don't see the Vaizards being the new antagonists of the story. But you know there's definitely some unresolved issues between them and the soul society.

Aizen anticipates their arrival and uses his bankai or shikai make the vaizards fight Ukitake, Shunsui, and Yamamoto while they make their escape.

the espada were nothing more than cannon fodder.

Eh? From what I understand, Lilinette was more or less part of Stark to begin with, or something he imagined or something (fitting in with loneliness?). Or maybe my shiggity got mistranslated.
