What was the hardest song to to ID or find?
You can talk about how you found it or whatever.

In the one of the last episodes of "Cowboy Bebop" there was an incredible song,"Call me Call me", that play when Radical Edward left the crew and went to live on Earth, while the guys on the ship were eating eggs. It was so deep that I read the credits line for line for a hint of what that of song was and Steve Conte has been one of my favorite artist ever since.

Another hard to find song is the English version of the Desert Punk opening that continues to this day...

So, what elusive song were you tracking resently?

Didn't know this thread was here.

*Late response* UT

Well back when Rockman.exe was first airing and everything, the song Doobie Dowoop Communication somehow came around into my lap. I enjoyed it very much so, but stuff happened and I lost the mp3 I initially had. I spent a long time searching for that song to no avail, but I finally found it.

Recently however the one song thats been elusive to me is the song called "Egao" by Hiromi Iwasaki. Makato Shinkai (director and writer of films like Byousoku 5 Centimeter and Hoshi no Koe), did the music video in animation. I found the video recently and enjoyed it but have been looking for the song since in an mp3 or FLAC container but haven't found it. Its like everyone loved the video and the song but no one has the original CD Single that had the song on it. Can't find it for the life of me.
