No idea what any of those medals mean but looks pretty neat. It's crazy how different size of stripes and colors can mean something else.

and here's mah new sig. comeplete with all units and all awards i wear and have been earned by me.

red and white which are the colors of the CAV
blue which is the color of aviation.
my units i have served in with the air force units on the left symbolizing the past and memories which i hold dear.
to the right i have my army units which the current on top with my bloved airborne below.
center i have my wings of aviation i wear with my army wing to the left and my air force to the right.
below i have my units awards i have earned and will always earned as i was in the units when they were awarded.
below that are the medals and ribbons i have been awarded.
they are from top to bottom left to right.
army commendation medal, army achievement medal, national defence medal, afghanistan campaign medal, global war of terror medal, US Army noncommissioned officer academy training ribbon, army training ribbon, army overseas ribbon, USAF overseas long tour ribbon, USAF training ribbon, and the prestious NATO medal with ISAF clasp for service with the International Security Assistance Force in afghanistan.
