So everything has calmed down and everyone is back to normal. Ichigo goes to Soul Society and asks to bury Ginjou in the real world. We find out Kensei is a Shinigami Captain again, as is Hirako Shinji. Ukitake and Kyoraku are talking about Ichigo. Rirukka kills herself.
In short, the Vaizards have been reinstated as Shinigami it seems. That is AWESOME

Hmm I spose we'll have another time skip hop and jump after this coming 3 week break. Makes me wonder if Tsukishima is going to come back with a vengence. Either way it was a decent chapter, and I liked how we got to see some of the Vaizards in this chapter too.

I think riruka just left not killed herself.
However the amount of rage and profanity I can scream just wouldn't be enough to express my feelings about this arc overall. I wanted my answers about all this crap thats been going on in bleach since the aizen arc and some how for the first time in over 400+ chapter of reading that i am officially lost.
Someone care to explain just the F@%# i've spent the last year reading? Seriously i need an explanation here Kubo!

It was basically just an overly complicated way for Ichigo to get his powers back.

Zeukran knows.
And now there will never again be a mention of a Shinigami Substitute, even though it's entirely possible and likely that there are others. We probably won't even learn anything about the whole badge thing.
But don't worry aizen-sama, your time will come to rise again...

*sigh* I miss you Gin it's sooo quit in here...alone...damn.
I hope they starting explaining a little bit about this whole substitute shinigami business now. They can't do another time after all the time that's already past by.

You know they won't though. Now that Ginjou is (probably/maybe/apparently/implied to be) dead Kubo will do what he always does - move on and never fully explain everything. At least the Vaizards are back.
Which made me realise, Ichigo will get his Hollow powers back soon I reckon. Considering Shinji and Kensei are now Captains again, they no doubt poured their powers into the sword that stabbed Ichigo, which means a bit of Hollow power MUST have leaked back into Ichigo. Which is good, because Ichigo being a Vaizard is awesome.
Shame we never found out about Vasto Lordes -_-
