Considering I had my Vita preordered with them, I was pretty worried. Now that I have it, I made sure to spend all the reward points I had on PSN credit. I feel sorry for the people who work at GAME, but personally it's no big loss, there are plenty of online retailers that provide better prices and service.
INB4 Cody doesn't live here so he doesn't care. xD _________________

As shown with Mazrim, I hope everyone at least gets what they have payed for if the company does go under _________________ Delta1262Scorch |

| As someone with inside sources I can confirm walmart are in talks with GAME and only a few stores will close if they get taken over. Yes it's worrying but not half as bad as we all think. If walmart do indeed close the deal, any store with a decent yearly profit, including gamestation will remain open. |

am i one of the few people in the UK who will not miss losing them. The company has always pushed a pre-owned game over a new game, even when i was going to buy a new one i had to stand my ground to make sure that i wanted a new game. Now im not saying i want to see loads of people out of jobs. Some of my mates work there but they don't even like working there and the pay is meh. Over all there are way better services and hell... maybe blockbuster will not die now ! _________________

As one of the few Brits on this forum, I am concerned. Although I do buy several of my games online, I like the idea of being able to just simply buy a game and come back with it the same day as opposed to having to wait several days for it to arrive, especially given the performance of Royal Mail, the main postal company in this country. This goes doubly for gaming hardware, such as consoles, as returning items bought via the internet can be a bit of a hassle with getting RMA's and things like that, even if they are faulty or damaged.
However, I will say some of the issues GAME has run into have been self-inflicted, from what I hear. Because of this, they do deserve some of the blame for their own problems. It will still be a sad moment when they finally shut down. _________________ xahldera - No zero, No hero...

| Always sad to see a game store close, especially if it offered a viable alternative to the mega-chain stores. |
