I mostly watch on my phone with offline Videos through VRV because most of the time I am at my university and the wifi sucks. Other than that, when i am at home, i usually watch on my computer.
Since I travel a lot due to work I've been using my phone more attached to hotel tvs. The moble apps have been getting better recently. Usually avoid fan subs now. Pc was my main when the way to get episodes was to go on IRc and download them. Having to watch in players where you could load in the sub files. Otherwise will catch episodes via streaming services on the pc and put it up on the TV if watching more than a episode or two. With being on the move due to work the mobile apps are outstanding.

Interesting coincidence that I was just now mentioning in the "Live Listeners " channel about trying some new features of Apple's latest tvOS update, when this forum topic opened. That's because I use an AppleTV to manage our family's streaming services -- which is how we view most Anime, streamed over CrunchyRoll, Funimation, HiDive, Netflix and Amazon Prime. And there's your answer.
Mostly from computer using streaming sites or "methods" with output to 42 inch TV that I use as a monitor.
I have used 11 inch tablets too. I don't like watching on smartphones.
I mostly watch stuff on my computer nowadays since I have a Crunchyroll subscription, though I do own a sizeable collection of anime DVDs and blurays that I watch on my TV, but that's the exception rather than the rule. Way back in the early days of my anime fandom I'd "acquire" episodes off of the internet (Mostly Naruto) and watch them on the laptop I had back then, but I haven't used a laptop for anime watching in years now.
When I lived in the US, Netflix, Crunchyroll, and Prime Video were my go to. However, since I left the US, CR's library became considerably limited, so I cancelled my subscription. Nowadays, if I can't find an anime in the other 2 services, I just stream it from wherever.
I also have a small BR and DVD collection of anime shows that I really liked.
