AP 837 - Anime Wishes 2024

So last week talked about things YOU personally aspire to in 2024 BUT lets flip it this time to things outside of you. Lets say Kyubey comes along and offers to grant you a wish (no strings attached (honest)). What in the anime industry would you wish to happen in 2024?

The main wish is for the industry to get better about paying and treating it's artist and workers. From Zom 100, to even Jujutsu Kaisen throughout the entire year we have seen shows get delayed, poorly animated, or had studio artist have meltdowns on Twitter. So my hope is that the industry does better by its people.
Don't get left, just get on your good foot.
