Re: AP 838 - When Animation Holds Up Story
I'm going to have to go with Vampire in the Garden. The visuals of two war-torn races are stunning and appropriate for the setting, however the story itself is a very poor through line that does not make sense when you stack up all the elements of world building, characterization and the setting itself. Couple that with only it being three episodes not only is is it being told poorly but now it has to go at breakneck speeds in order to get to its ending. I'd like to see a redo but since Netflix was footing the bill for this one I'm sure that's never going to happen again.
Don't get left, just get on your good foot.
