Oh wow. A lot to detail. Basically the 1st Division Vice Captain has been killed. Nel has come back to warn Ichigo that Hueco Mundo has been taken over by whoever Ivan's leader is, and he has captured Halibel and is seemingly using her to breed Arrancars to invade SS. So to recap:
Quincies are controlling Arrancar, breeding with them to make hybrids, and want to destroy SS. OH MY WHUT AND NEL IS BACK OMG!!!
I'm calling it now. The other Espada are still alive and being held against their will. Including Grimmjow. Yes, Grimmjow. From wikipedia - "Although his current whereabouts are unknown, it was later revealed (in a 2012 interview with Tite Kubo, the creator of Bleach) that Grimmjow survived Nnoitra's final attack."

Bleach predictions
-Grimmjow comes back and joins Ichigo against the invaders of Hueco Mundo
-Five special weapons - Ichigo, Ishida, Aizen, Yamamoto (1st Captain), Grimmjow
-Ryuuken (Ishida's dad) is one of the invaders

NEL!!!!! Sorry had to get that out of my system. This was actually a pretty good chapter, lots of stuff happening. And if they are Quincy's that would make the most sense but we still really don't have proof. Outside of if Quincy's were to breed with Arrancars that this would be the result. Anything is possible I suppose. At the rate it's going things will be jumping from place to place, I have a hunch these guys will take SS with relative ease and Ichigo will have to gather all of the peoples to form a counter attack to take SS back. (This statement just made me think of Mass Effect 3.)

I knew Nel and Grimmjow couldn't have died. What really surprised me was that haibel survived Aizens attack which makes me wish Stark was still alive too. Now everyone has to come together to stop the end of the world. By your powers combined i am captain err umm wrong show.
Btw someone other than a bad guy died for once.

Halibel and her Fraccion were healed by Inoue after the fighting and she was allowed to go back to Hueco Mundo, even though we didn't see it/it happened so long ago we don't remember. She tried to kill Aizen but got cut down.
