Okay this question has been bugging me, why did they add the phrase "believe it" in the english dub when its nowhere to be found in the fansubs. And where did it come from.

-who ever thought up that phrase and thought it would be a good idea to reapeat it waaaay too much, should be dragged out back and shot (or maybe tortured I can't decide).
