AP 830 - Plot Armour BS

What are some of the biggest instances of plot armour to you? Where a character should have died or at least been seriously injured but got by because of BS.

The reincarnation in Sailor Moon. At the end of every season the scouts die and leave her to fight the all incompassing evil. To which she summons the crystal, beats it and then dies in which they all come back to start the process over again, with some new evil taking over. The plot armor here not only the tracks a little bit from the series itself but the fact that there's no real stakes, as you know they'll just come back afterwards.
