Ok, so now that Time-Warner is bullying me into stopping my torrent downloading, I figured I'd go through a less obvious method and try IRC downloading. I've done this before, but it was at least 2 years ago since I even touched mIRC. So here's what I'm prying at:

1. Can someone post, or direct to a post, telling me how you connect to different servers and rooms in mIRC?

And

2. Suggest good servers/rooms for downloading anime?
