Hey I wanted to know what sites, other than mininova, have torrents of anime fan subs of both completed and ongoing anime. If the site will not allow posting these sites publicly than send me a PM, please.

Animesuki or Nyaa-torrents has torrents.
However, I usually get my fansubs via IRC from the bots in the respective channels of the Subber which I track from Baka-Updates. Full-speed download is just better than torrenting.
