UK Government bans Labyrinth Omega Z

Post by xahldera »

Here we go again. Double whammy as well! Anime themed video game banned from sale in my homeland for "inappropriate content". Not sure how bad it is given I've never heard of it, but it won't help the reputation of video games and certainly not the idea of Anime being those "Weird Porno Japanese Cartoons".

VSC says it could cause significant harm to the "moral development of younger people". Then don't sell it to young people ffs.... The same article admits it would get a mature rating in America so that quote is bloody redundant. Imagine if alcohol couldn't be sold by this logic because kids 'COULD' drink it. I'm not even interested in the game, I'm just disappointed in a market being needlessly censored because "THINK OF the CHILDREN!?".

Well, I think we are both now going to jail for daring to defy the Glorious Eternal Leader May and her merry band of posh, rich misfits in the Conservative party. Nice knowing you all...

Haha while I agree that our current government is fucking a plethora of things up, it's a damned if you do, damned if you don't state for British politics at the moment. There's not one party I want to vote for that won't FUCK us in some way or another. I guess we're not too different with our friends across the pond in that regard lol.
