If you could pick any demon lord, male or female, to be a slave-servant-or lover to, who would that be and why?

I think I'm going to have to go with Mao from Maoyu (Maoyū Maō Yūsha, or "Demon King and Hero"). She is an adorable twist on what a "demon lord" is supposed to be like, breaking every trope that the titular hero, Yusha, was expecting. She proves rational, intelligent, witty and a genius in agriculture and resource management, which serves her well because she also has "huge tracts of land" -- always a plus.
