Name some anime characters who were the bestest friends ever and why?

I'm going to have to go with the dynamic duo of Jujitsu Kaizen, Itadori, and Kugisaki Nobara. Especially because at first nobara didn't like her teammates and wanted to stay distant from them emotionally as possible due to the nature of their job, but does grow to to value them as later fights would show. Whether it's jumping for joy at the fact that they're going someplace they've always wanted to visit like Kyoto or Roppongi, to teaming up with their mentor to embarrass their other teammate Megumi (they have at least 26 formation one of which to execute when he's getting hit on) or doing it themselves. There's no denying that these two share one brain cell.
