What it says on the tin. Favorite crazies in anime and as usual, why?

There can't be anyone crazier and more chaotic than Clara from welcome to the demon school Iruma. If it's not her personality that's all over the place, than it's her powers that can basically put anything out from her pockets to sapping people of their strength if she pulls others into them. I don't think there's a person you got that's shown to be crazy and wilder than her the show.
