AP 825 - Horrifying Powers

Anime is particularly known for some creative powers and abilities beyond your standard energy beam. So much so that there could pretty much be a separate category for 'OH GOD WHY?' powers that look frightening or have horrifying effects. Halloween is almost upon us so please tell me some of your favorites.
