Up first Joseph noticed he was putting on a bit of weight and figured out he was not eating enough apparently, and Andrew broke out the wallet to visit a new and pricy golf corse. Then in the industry news there have been so many idiots getting stuck on Mt. Fuji, that the mayor has called for any further off-season climbers need to foot the bill. Finally we break away from previews to return to the reviews, this time a joint review of an anime movie made purely by AI. Is this the future of anime? Will ChatGPT be the next Miyazaki? Just how many fingers does a hand have?

Episode 900: Spring 2025 Previews #4

This week on Anime Pulse we got our last round of previews for the spring 2025 season, some positive news from the vtubing industry, and getting older. Up first Joseph keeps falling asleep on his bed and he met a cool new otaku guy at a mall, and Andrew wants to know who our favorite anime gamers are. Then in the industry news we got one topic, but it’s a good one this time, as Houshou Marine hits 4 million subscribers! And finally in the previews Joseph gets cheated on, his daughter doesn’t like him, and he dies to be reincarnated as a stoic tall guy dating a tiny, cute and quite girl. Andrew meanwhile lives on the moon as an 11-year old orphan but has just been informed he’s got three years left to live.

Episode 899: Spring 2025 Previews #3

This week on Anime Pulse we got the follow up to last week’s vtuber drama, romance in the walled city of Kowloon, and sunburn. Up first Joseph had an expensive week followed up with a bad sunburn, and Andrew . Then in the industry news Sinder submits her apology to the community which goes over rather poorly, and a feminist working at Netflix rewrote the script to Blue Box. This week on Anime Pulse we got vtuber drama, baseball, and bunny girls. Up first Joseph has recovered from his cold and bought some delicious sandies, and Andrew is hopping right into it with who we think the best bunny girls (and guys) in anime are.
