Lupin Live-Action Still Coming
Producer Gerard Molen is still working on a live-action Lupin III movie via his WhiteLight Entertainment studio. David Ranes’s Austin Film Festival bio also mentions his screenplay for the film.

Nick to Strip Avatar
Nickelodeon has announced that its anime-styled cartoon, “Avatar: The Last Airbender” will strip 5 days a week at 6:30pm. Avatar: Secret of the Fire Nation, the 1-hour theatrical episode that screened in theaters last week, will air on Nickelodeon tonight at 8pm.

Anime OK’d on G4TechTV Canada
This morning the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission passed a resolution allowing G4TechTV Canada to include 15% dramatic programming in their lineup. While the network has not announced any plans to air it, anime was specifically noted in the CRTC document.
