Episode 232: Soul Eater vs. HEROMAN PUNCH!!!

We’ve got a great show this week. I’m joined by a special guest host No Earthly Clue, a listener living in Japan and an intern at Square Enix. We talk about working at Squenix, talk about the news and talk about some Anime. We review Soul Eater and HEROMAN. Check it out!

  1. Well I’m kinda sorry I didn’t post on last weeks discussion now seeing as so few votes. I have seen all three and though they were not something I watched at the very beginning of my interest in Anime, I did see them.
I must agree however that Akira has aged the least both in art style and story. Bubble Gum Crisis should be a must see sheerly from the interesting way in which it was created and because of the affects it had on future Anime through those who worked on it. I was never a fan of Dirty Pair and do not enjoy the story or art style. It is definitely dated.

Also congratulations on your engagement and upcoming wedding (caught up on the last two episodes today).

I’m off to offer my two cents on this weeks discussion.

  2. What was the JDrama(i assumed) that’s getting 2nd season? Can’t conveniently rewind atm, so if anyone remembers..

  3. Really awesome show today. The guest host today was awesome. Ichigo is always more amusing when there is someone else on the show with em. It would be awesome if No Earthly Clue can be on the next Anime Pulse again.

Thanks for another great show. Its fun listening to them while I’m doing random things around town or sitting at home doing my programming (I’m a Computer Science Major)… back to my SCHEME program now…
