The most recent example of sexified (that’s a word, right?) robots is in the live action film Ex Machina. I still haven’t seen it yet, but I know enough to know that sexy robots are in it.
In anime, there was Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence (another thing I haven’t seen, but in this case, it’s because I heard bad things), where there were cyborg prostitutes.
Speaking of GiTS, there’s this anime about cyborgs that disturbed me: It’s called Pandora in the Crimson Shell: Ghost Urn (terrible name). It isn’t about sex bots, but let’s just say that they have a maneuver in this show that puts Chobits to shame; I think they do it every episode, and it’s in the OP. Eww.
