Manga Pulse 564: Super Countach

Man, how about that economy? It sure is contentious. How about those clowns in congress? Have you heard about the latest gaffe? With current events out of the way, we can take you mind off of them with the soothing balm of our voices and manga. So put on your headphones and tune the world out while we give you our trademark dual review(not actually trademarked).

First up is Tim with Countach. Now if you’re not into historical supercars, that might sound like some good old fashioned mumbly jumbly. It is the name of a famous model by Lamborghini. This manga is about a man who dreamt of getting one as a kid and manages to obtain one through a bit of luck at the price of a down payment on a house. Then it becomes a driving manga and his adventures with the aforementioned Countach. It gets a Crackers.

Weltall has Super Ball Girls. Ichiyoshi is a dude who works at a chocolate factory. He hates his life, as so many manga protagonists do. One day he comes across a super ball, a rubber bouncy ball if you don’t recall that fad, and throws it. It turns into a pretty girl who immediately starts making out with him. With consequences Weltall digs into in the review, it gets a Crackers.
