By now you’ve probably heard about Dolly Parton’s passing. She was very big on getting children into reading and reducing illiteracy. In that case we’re going to continue to promote literacy by reviewing manga. That may sound completely disconnected but we’ve go nothing in the tank this week. Take this intro for the place holder they usually are and we’ll move on to the manga summaries.
Tim has Jinmen. Men made of gin sounds like a hilarious manga, especially if they’re English. Instead we have Masato, a weird kid who loves going to the zoo. He’s been away from his favorite zoo near mount Fuji for years and is coming back as a high school aged boy. He’s also eager to go on a date there with a girl he was childhood friends with. Unfortunately for both of them, their date is the same date the animals develop human-like faces and start eating people. It gets a Read It Now.
Weltall has Super HxEros. Enjo is a sad pathetic boy. So sad he can’t even get aroused by a high school girl. She knows why and explains it’s because of evil insectoid aliens that steal people’s ability to get horny. Because that horniness can power super heroes who can also fight those insect aliens. It gets a Burn It.
