Episode 508: Ooya-san wa Kyoshi

That’s it folks, Ryo is out of the game. This week on Anime Pulse we learn Red’s co-host is leaving, meaning if you’ve ever wanted to be the co-host on a semi-successful anime podcast well now is the time! Aside from this shocking bit of news, there is still the usual show. IRL news covering Ryo’s hectic lifestyle, and Red’s thoughts on the most recent Pirates movie. Then there’s industry news about Sanrio Boys and Japan amending their constitution, swiftly followed by reviews of very young landlords and really bad anime.

Episode 507: Joker no Rinne

Episode 505: Spring 2017 Previews Part 2

It’s week 2 of previews, and the final week to catch Red and Ryo introducing you to the newest anime from the spring 2017 season. First up though is IRL news, Red has lost his passion for Gwent and Ryo has a fancy new hair color thanks to her sister. Then is industry news, where Red brings back the hated “food news” and Ryo warns us about fake monks. Finally are the previews with four more shows to be introduced, as Red and Ryo are both pretty happy about what this season has had to offer. Episode 504: Spring 2017 Previews Part 1

Do you guys smell something burning? Because just as this week’s episode begins, Red must run off to turn off an oven he left running; and boy are his legs tired. (Sorry) Anyways, previews start off normal with some IRL news. Red stayed up all night to take his father to hand surgery, and Ryo has a new boyfriend. Industry news has a follow up to some news Red covered about wanting to bang your mother, and Ryo informs us that the stage play Attack on Titan has been canceled. After all is said and done the previews begin, with Red and Ryo bringing a whole four anime to the table. Hope you’re hungry.

Episode 503: I’m Tired of Being a Brave

With good weather comes good times, as Ryo and Red are both in high spirits this episode. In IRL news Ryo talks about some fan fictions she’s working on, and Red has moved on from Battleborn to Gwent. Then in the industry news, we got same sex foster parents in Japan and manga that just went on way too long. And finally are the reviews, with Ryo transforming into a bikini-wearing magical girl and Red introducing his boots to a fake bunny girl’s face.

Episode 502: Ryo’s Anime Boston 2017 Recap

As you might be able to tell from the title, this weeks show is a little different from the norm. First off there is only one review, provided by the sickly Red, while Ryo recaps her trip to Anime Boston. We still got some industry news like the most anticipated anime of spring 2017 and the strange things we feel after playing video games, but all in all this was a rather odd show. Ryo’s mostly out of it and Red has put out the call for a substitute cohost, could this be the end of the R&R connection!? Tune in and find out.

Episode 501: Ai Mai DxD

Trigger warning, Red says some stuff that might piss off a select group of people. It’s nothing worse than stuff Weltall or Tim have said, but still, just a fair warning.
