We start off with sidenotes of Pokemon and anime, before diving into the main news where we talk about Valve trolling the masses, a new update to Mario Maker, and the future of TVs and gaming. After the news, Millennium and I finally review Super Mario Maker, and we finish off with talk of anime, food, and more Mario! All this and more up next on VGP 247! -Aki

  1. I don’t think that Yuri Kuma Arashi was the show of the year when it came out, but it was definitely one of the best of that year. No, artistic doesn’t = great, but simplistic doesn’t = great, either. Yuri Kuma is great because it’s well done in many respects. It’s the definition of great. Like any art, it may appeal to my eye and not to others, but I love this kind of stuff. I’m an Ikuhara fan, and I definitely think that his stuff is not for everyone. He’s very weird, he goes in odd directions, and he loves pouring on symbolism.
