Originally, we were only scheduled to have an interview with Laura Post. Lucky for us, she brought along some friends of hers, who just happened to also be guests! So we sat down for a nice little chat with Laura (Ahri in League of Legends, Rosalia in Sword Art Online), Lisle Wilkerson (Tekken, Street Fighter), and Julie Rei Goldstein (Risai in Paradise Kiss and Precia Testarossa in Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha).
These three ladies were a blast to talk with! They talked to us, not as guests, but as peers. They were all fans of animation, just like you or I, before they ended up working in the industry. The interview definitely didn’t feel like an interview. Felt more like fellow con-goers nerding out with us on camera. (Listen to Laura’s Sword Art Online comments, and just try and tell me she’s not someone you wanna be friends with).
