Episode 489: Rich Otaku

Yes it’s safe, sexually suggestive Red is gone this week. In fact, Ryo even prepared herself for his stupid antics only to be surprised at how much of a straight man Red would play. This week we’ve got news about life-sized figurines, Red’s trip to visit his mom, and Ryo’s efforts at creating a video presentation. Episode 486: Double Netflix

It’s just that kind of episode folks, two Netflix level reviews and more news; at least the news is interesting. First though Red and Ryo fill us in on what’s been going on with them, with Ryo going back to school and Red continuing his crusade against his previous employer. The industry news has a pretty fun poll about hated Jump heroins, a bit about a hack mall sign displaying hentai, and the dark side of Pokemon. Oh, and there is a bit where Red and Ryo reminisce about old commercials.

Episode 485: Angry Red is Angry

In this episode, Red makes it very apparent that pissing him off is not what someone wants to do. But so long as you don’t pull your phone out during a movie, fire him for no reason, or take forever to deliver his mail you’ve nothing to fear from the tenth unit of red. Aside from Red’s angry rant we have news of leaked photos from Ghost in the Shell, reactions to Bleach ending, and a Spice and Wolf sequel. In terms of reviews we have Ryo loving Bungo Stray Dogs, and Red not loving Juuou Mujin no Fafnir.
