This week on Anime Pulse we got Sugoi Dekai, terrible official artwork for Naruto, and spending too much money on gatcha. First up Joseph tries to drink himself into forgetting all the dosh he spent on trying to obtain a 2D Waifu, and Andrew joins Joseph in drinking all sorts of beverages for this week’s forum topic. Afterwards comes the news where a Florida Congressman talks out his ass, and Viz Media hired Ted from accounting’s son to do their official cover art for Naruto. Lastly the previews see Joseph and Andrew being teased by a busty kohai, Joseph checking monster girls for lumps in their breasts, and Andrew inherits a studio and hires some pretty boys.

In regards to me saying that people are averse to a majority black anime cast, no, I wouldn’t paint all fans with a broad brush as racists. However, it stuns me when I see the opinions of anime fans regarding race, because they are watching shows and movies made by non-whites and typically starring non-whites.
It’s not in-your-face, KKK style racism, either. You know a friend or acquaintance who has made a statement that’s made you go “Wait, what are you getting at?” I’m just thinking that one reason Cannon Busters would be a turn-off is because it doesn’t match the “aesthetics” of anime. Neo Yokio got meme-worthy status from fans, so maybe I don’t know what I’m talking about! I have zero numbers to support this, so this is babble, combined with social media posts. This entire post was basically worthless. 😉
Uzaki-chan is basically made for me, like Tenchi is made for Joey, and OreImo is Andy’s birthright.
I like anime focused on adults, I am a dull person, so my heroes are people who don’t want to have fun. I also prefer genki girls over all other types of female characters, and big boobs is the icing on the cake.
Buuuuuuuut,Uzaki-chan isn’t as funny as I’d like it to be. In comparison, Magical Senpai is funnier. No cat puns in Magical Senpai, tho.
