As you might be able to tell from the title, this weeks show is a little different from the norm. First off there is only one review, provided by the sickly Red, while Ryo recaps her trip to Anime Boston. We still got some industry news like the most anticipated anime of spring 2017 and the strange things we feel after playing video games, but all in all this was a rather odd show. Ryo’s mostly out of it and Red has put out the call for a substitute cohost, could this be the end of the R&R connection!? Tune in and find out.

Yeah, Ryo, those ghost shows are totally real…
Anyhoo, I’d like to recommend a movie. No, not an anime movie. It’s a flesh-and-blood film that’s not Japan related. It’s called Pariah, and I think you may appreciate it. It’s just a good movie overall.
I thought that Logan is way more than a 6. I don’t know what Red meant by “It’s a good Marvel movie, but not a good action movie” (or vice versa; he couldn’t make up his mind) I think it was a very violent and satisfying action movie, so maybe he was disappointed at it as a Marvel movie?? Well, let’s see: The Fox Studio movies are either Deadpool, which has its own tone and doesn’t fit with any other Marvel movie. Then there’s the X-men movies. Um, X-men Apocalypse was mediocre, so I wouldn’t want Logan to be that.
Logan can’t be the Marvel Studios movies- because it’s not part of Marvel Studios. I can’t blame Logan for not being like movies from another company. I judged it on where it came from.
